How To: List Multiple Items and Bulk Upload to eBay using Turbo Lister 2

Did you ever wonder how some eBay sellers manage to list so many products and create such professional-looking listings for their auctions? It is highly likely that these sellers are not using the typical eBay web interface, but a desktop tool called Turbo Lister 2.

Turbo Lister 2 is a time-saving utility for professional eBay sellers. It allows easy bulk listing of products and offers much more flexibility with regard to how each listing looks, resulting in higher sales and reduced overheads.

Step-by-Step Instructions

    Click the related download link for this article and fetch the installer file for Turbo Lister 2. After it finishes downloading, locate the executable file in your downloads folder and run it to start the installation process. Follow the on-screen prompts.

    Launch Turbo Lister 2 using the entry in the Windows Start menu or by double-clicking the shortcut icon on the desktop. The initial setup screen is displayed the first time the application is opened. Click Set up a New Turbo Lister File and choose Next.

    Enter your eBay ID and Password (Turbo Lister Authorization) into the relevant fields and click Next, then accept the Terms and Conditions to proceed. Verify your eBay account details when the summary is displayed.

    If you have recent or current eBay listings, you can choose to import them into Turbo Lister 2. This will make it much easier to relist items of a similar type in the future. Click Synchronize Data with Ebay to import your recent listings into Turbo Lister 2.

    To create a new listing, select File then New and Item. The Create New Item dialog is displayed. Enter the listing Title and Sub-Title, then select a category and sub-category using the Category picklist.

    To add an image to your listing, click the Customize link next to the Pictures and Description element. Choose eBay Picture Services and select the image file on your PC to add to the listing.

    Add your description into the Description field, or click the Description Builder to open the rich formatting tool. Enter the remaining required information for the eBay listing, such as Shipping Options, Payment Methods and Instructions.

    When you are ready to list the item on Ebay, click the Add to Upload link and choose Go Upload in the dialog that appears. The listing will shortly be published on eBay.

Tips & Advice

  • Click Save as Template to store your listings for future use. To create a modified version of the template, click Duplicate and enter the number of copies you wish to generate. Each can then be individually modified to create variants of the original listing.
