Phoner is a free SoftPhone application for Windows.
Phoner enables you to phone over your ISDN-and soundcard by using CAPI. This interface comes with the ISDN hardware. The program bilds up a connection over the normal connection so you won´t phone over the internet for free!
If you want to do cheap calls, give Phoner a chance, peer is using a different signaling port than default (5060)
